Document Handling
Bank statements you upload are processed and stored temporarily for 12 hours to allow you to download your deduction reports. After 12 hours, all uploaded documents and reports are automatically and permanently deleted.

DodgeTax provides an online service that scans PDF bank statements to identify potential tax deductions. The Service uses AI technology to categorize transactions and flag deductible expenses based on tax rules for supported countries (US, UK, Spain, Germany).
Important: DodgeTax provides suggestions only. We are not tax advisors. Always consult a qualified tax professional before claiming deductions.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Free and Paid Services
Free Tier
- Anonymous users: 1 page scan (no account required)
- Registered accounts: 5 pages per day
Paid Credits
Credits can be purchased to scan additional pages. Credits do not expire.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to process
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated systems without permission
- Upload malicious files or content

DodgeTax is not a tax advisor. The deduction suggestions provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional tax advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of deduction suggestions. Always verify with a qualified tax professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExactSum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any tax penalties or missed deductions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
